About the role

Eduvos is seeking an experienced Human Resource Lecturer to join its Durban campus on a part‑time, independent contractor basis. The role involves delivering commerce‑related modules within the Faculty of Human Resources, supporting students and contributing to departmental activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lecture commerce‑related modules in the Faculty of Human Resources on a part‑time basis.
• Prepare and deliver course materials, assessments and feedback to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Support administrative and departmental activities as required.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related fields.
• Experience teaching or training adult learners, preferably at tertiary level.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources concepts and commercial subjects.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
