About the role
The Parts Warehouse Assistant (Global Grade 04) supports warehouse operations by ensuring KPI targets are met, maintaining stock accuracy and adhering to safety and SOP standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPIs are exceeded.
- Comply with customer order specifications within time and quality standards.
- Carry out warehouse procedures safely in line with SOPs.
- Maintain parts stock and reduce losses or damages.
- Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking and binning.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and implement control measures.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 1‑2 years of warehouse and supply chain experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions fully.
- Good communication and customer service orientation.
- Investigative orientation and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of parts.
