About the role
A vacancy has arisen for a Parts Sales Cadet at Halfway Hyundai Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal, a division of Halfway Group Holdings. The role serves customer needs and requests in an informative, productive and efficient way. The hiring decision will follow the Employment Equity Plan and Workforce Profile requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional parts service to all customers and attain targets.
- Build new relationships with new customers.
- Work with the existing parts team.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid code 8 or 10 driver's licence.
- Some experience in Toyota parts sales and ability to use all Toyota systems.
- Experience dealing with customers by telephone and face to face, providing excellent service.
- Existing customer database.
- Ability to communicate, manage time proactively, work under pressure and work with the existing parts team.
