About the role
Join Pepkor Lifestyle’s Incredible Connection division as a part‑time Salesperson at the Ferndale business unit in Randburg. You will help customers find suitable products, deliver professional service, and contribute to the store’s sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Maintain product displays and merchandising standards to attract and retain shoppers.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately following company policies.
- Work towards sales budgets and targets, supporting overall store profitability.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 7‑12 months of retail sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in a performance‑driven environment and handle challenging interactions.
Required skills
- Basic product knowledge across relevant retail categories.
- Accurate cash handling and transaction administration.
