Part-Time Cellular Consultant

About the role

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a part-time Cellular Consultant to support the sales and service activities of its Incredible Cellular business unit in Germiston. The consultant provides customers with cellular services and products, promotes contract products and helps complete contract applications, while achieving individual contract sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, identify their needs and promote suitable contract products
• Assist customers with the contract application process and follow the required procedures
• Process applications accurately, with attention to detail and correct information handling
• Work in a target-driven retail environment, measuring performance against individual contract sales expectations

Required profile

• Matric and one to two years of experience in the retail industry
• Knowledge of cellular contract services products and credit services sales
• Understanding of risk management and of Incredible Cellular policies and business processes
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula, MTN OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy and Vumatel
• Written and verbal communication, teamwork and self-management
