Paid Media Strategist (Remote)

About the role

Thrive Internet Marketing Agency is seeking a data‑driven Paid Media Strategist to own and optimise ROI‑focused ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and other social platforms. This fully remote, full‑time role will manage a client portfolio, develop strategic media plans and collaborate closely with creative, SEO and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive paid‑media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and emerging platforms.
• Conduct audience research to define target demographics, interests and behaviours.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Plan, allocate and monitor paid‑media budgets to maximise ROI.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and CPA.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Work with SEO, content and account management teams to ensure integrated messaging.
• Identify and test new paid‑social opportunities, formats and targeting options.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid‑social campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Proactive, outgoing and data‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
