Paid Ads Specialist (Senior)

About the role

D2B is looking for an experienced, proactive Paid Ads Specialist to lead, optimise and scale paid media strategies across Google, Bing and Meta. This is a client-facing, high-visibility role at the heart of the digital marketing operations, sitting in UK hours with public holidays in the UK. You will drive ROI for a diverse client portfolio, maintain key client relationships, give cross-departmental overviews to the Marketing Manager and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing paid accounts (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and design multi-channel strategies aligned with client growth goals
• Research keywords, audiences and competitors, and implement product feeds, conversion tracking and tags via Google Tag Manager
• Work with developers and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Aero) to set up landing pages and tracking
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, write proposals and present pitches, and run detailed monthly reports
• Mentor junior specialists, distribute workloads, set SOPs, train the team and report campaign performance to the Marketing Manager

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns in a fast-paced agency setting
• Exceptional verbal and written English, able to present to senior client executives
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategy
• Solid understanding of international paid search and multi-region campaigns
