Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

Pavago is seeking a results‑driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to build and scale its client’s outbound sales function. This remote, full‑time position focuses on creating new opportunities through proactive prospecting rather than handling inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using sales tools.
• Qualify leads, book qualified meetings, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and communicate value quickly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, log activities, and ensure reporting hygiene.
• Report daily and weekly outreach metrics and monitor pipeline performance.
