About the role
Are you a driven, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We are a leader in medical staffing across the UK and are looking for energetic, results‑oriented professionals to join our Out‑of‑Hours team. You will ensure seamless shift coverage and strong nurse engagement during evenings, nights, and weekends. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday evenings from 4 pm to midnight, and weekends from 12 pm to midnight or 7 am to 7 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Respond immediately to shift requests and book compliant nurses.
- Provide prompt chat responses and proactive candidate outreach.
- Confirm nurse availability and reactivate dormant candidates.
- Deliver end‑of‑shift reports and handovers.
Required profile
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing sales, or high‑volume customer service.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare market legislation.
- Self‑starter with excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
- Flexible, reliable and able to work non‑standard hours; own transport preferred.
