About the role
Applications are invited for four Organisational Development & Job Evaluation Officer positions based at the Head Office in Pretoria. The roles are 24‑month fixed‑term contracts with a salary of R338 106 per annum (Level 07). All positions are classified at Level 07. Successful candidates will support organisational design and job evaluation activities within the organisation.
Required profile
- Relevant National Diploma at NQF Level 6.
- 1–2 years of experience in an Organisational Design and Job Evaluation environment.
