Operations Supervisor

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise daily activities within a manufacturing, chemical or industrial environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing inventory and supporting the overall supply chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate warehouse activities and implement inventory control procedures.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of operational staff to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and procurement teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Management.
• Formal training in Inventory Management or Warehouse Management.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical or industrial setting.
• Proven experience supervising or managing a team.
