About the role
The Office Manager will ensure the health, safety, stability and overall success of our Pretoria office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape daily operations to align with the company’s vision and goals.
Key responsibilities
- Request, process and evaluate quotes from suppliers for client projects.
- Obtain approvals for quotes and forward them to clients.
- Follow up with clients on sent quotes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including budgeting, purchasing and office supplies.
- Support hiring processes and ensure compliance with HR best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing an office environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting programs and financial acumen.
- Fully computer literate with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing office needs and collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail when creating and refining documentation.
