Office Applications Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an Office Applications Trainer to deliver engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that help end users adopt and master digital tools. You will translate complex concepts into practical training, support capability building across the organization, and continuously improve our learning programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in virtual and hybrid environments, ensuring an interactive learning experience.
• Facilitate specialist courses and large‑scale webinars for diverse audiences.
• Customize training content and programmes to meet specific client or business needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date subject‑matter expertise through continuous professional development.
• Manage training administration, including attendance tracking, learner evaluations, and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Meet and exceed KPIs such as learner satisfaction, quality scores, and delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in learning delivery.
• Provide feedback to enhance curriculum, content, and overall learning strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering engaging learning solutions and training programmes.
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and gap analysis.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
