Night Shift HR Business Partner

About the role

WNS is seeking a Night Shift HR Business Partner to join its global HR team. This role will operate during graveyard hours and will partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to drive people initiatives that support business growth and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment to secure quality hires for bulk and leadership positions.
• Lead induction and onboarding processes for all new employees.
• Manage employee queries, ensuring timely resolution and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Implement and maintain the company’s People Strategy, reward and recognition programs, and employee surveys.
• Oversee talent management activities, including job profile maintenance, KPI alignment, performance appraisals, personal development plans, and probation management.
• Drive retention initiatives by engaging employees, conducting exit interviews, and addressing barriers to stay.
• Facilitate industrial relations, employee relations, and discipline management, including conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Professional, influential team player with strong partnership skills.
• Experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
