About the role
Jetour Port Shepstone, a division of Halfway Group Holdings, is looking to employ a New and Used Vehicle Team Leader. The role centres on engaging with prospective customers, making sales and meeting targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage actively with prospective customers, make sales and meet targets.
- Build an in-depth understanding of the car inventory and use it to encourage customers to buy.
- Stay informed about available stock and give educated recommendations to customers.
- Drive clients on test drives, demonstrating the vehicle's features and answering questions.
- Advise on costs, potential add-ons and various pricing structures.
Required profile
- Ideally Grade 12, a Marketing Diploma or a tertiary qualification.
- A valid driver's licence.
- 3 years of vehicle sales experience ideally.
- Friendly, cheerful, vibrant, approachable and self-motivated.
