About the role

TK Enterprises Group Holdings is expanding its construction, engineering and project‑management operations and is seeking qualified professionals for a range of onsite positions. The openings include civil‑works technicians, senior civil technicians, electricians, architects, plumbers, a construction foreman and a human‑resources coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Perform civil‑works tasks, including site preparation, concrete works and structural inspections.
• Carry out electrical installations and maintenance in accordance with safety standards.
• Design and review architectural plans and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects.
• Supervise construction crews, coordinate daily activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and employee relations for the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering for technician roles.
• Certificate in Electrical Installation for electrician positions.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture for architect roles.
• Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent qualification for plumber positions.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management for foreman role.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources for the workforce coordinator role.
