Multi-Store Restaurant Manager – Johannesburg

About the role

The Multi-Store Restaurant Manager will oversee four restaurant outlets in North and East Gauteng, ensuring each location meets brand standards and operational targets. The role involves regular travel between sites and close collaboration with store managers to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit each outlet regularly to monitor service quality, brand compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Support store managers with day‑to‑day tasks, problem solving, and decision making.
• Provide franchise support, coaching, and mentorship to maximise store potential.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development initiatives across all locations.
• Analyse sales and cost data to identify improvement opportunities and drive profitability.
• Maintain health, safety and regulatory compliance at each outlet.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in head‑office or multi‑store senior management within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for the restaurant industry.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and a six‑day work week.
• Residence in the Johannesburg area to enable frequent travel between stores.
