Multi-Skilled Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience, provide specialist product knowledge and support sales growth across our African market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information, answering basic customer queries.
• Record and process custom or special customer orders, managing ambiguous delivery expectations.
• Handle basic issue escalations promptly, obtaining managerial approvals when required.
• Make outbound calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships and act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints.
• Enter follow‑up actions and relevant data into the CRM system to support retention and business development.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements and capture detailed notes.
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage renewals and continued use of our products.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and regulatory codes.
• Participate in personal capability building through training, coaching and industry education.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
