Millwright – Relocation to Netherlands

About the role

Sector HR is seeking qualified Millwrights fluent in Afrikaans to join an innovative food production and logistics organisation in the Netherlands. You will design, maintain and improve mechanical systems to boost efficiency, reliability and sustainability across industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep production lines operating smoothly.
• Analyse mechanical systems, identify bottlenecks and implement upgrades to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with design, automation and maintenance teams on technical projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Millwright Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Professional proficiency in Afrikaans (read, write, speak).
• Experience in production, manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and system analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Clear communication, proactive mindset and team‑first attitude.
• Professional level of English is an advantage.
• Age 29 years or younger.
