Microsoft Security Consultant

About the role

Altron Digital Business is expanding its Microsoft Security practice and seeks a professional who can help customers improve their security posture while supporting business growth and go‑to‑market initiatives. The role combines technical security expertise with commercial acumen to design and deliver Microsoft‑based security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Microsoft security assessments and lead customer workshops.
• Design solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Sentinel.
• Develop proposals, business cases, and presentations for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystems.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives and practice growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft security technologies.
• Proven ability to conduct security assessments and workshops.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity, threat protection, and cloud security.
• Experience in business development, pre‑sales, or consulting sales.
• Excellent customer‑facing and executive engagement skills.
