Medical Sales Representative / Mediese Verkoopsverteenwoordiger

About the role

The company, a national network of 26 audiology practices, is looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative to support business development and assist practices with patient management. You will be responsible for promoting hearing aids and related products while providing after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Actively sell hearing aids and related products to patients and referral partners.
• Assist with fitting, basic maintenance, and after‑sales support of hearing aids.
• Support practices with patient management and follow‑up care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, practices, and referral networks.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare sales.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport; willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, professional appearance and empathetic approach to clients and patients.

What we offer

• Salary of R25 000 plus commission.
