About the role
The Measurement & Testing Analyst ensures that all incoming materials meet quality standards and that measurement and testing equipment are properly maintained. This role supports the production process by performing accurate testing on in‑process and finished products while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Control of all incoming materials and handling of non‑conforming items.
- Custodian of measurement and testing equipment and associated methods.
- Perform measurement and testing of in‑process and finished products.
- Handle non‑conforming test results and initiate corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement activities related to quality and testing processes.
- Monitor suppliers and conduct risk assessments.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Diploma in Food Technology (TQM / B. Tech. advantageous).
- Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
- Independent thinker who assumes ownership of processes.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
