About the role

Rotate Digital is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will drive demand and generate qualified leads through multichannel campaigns. The role is hands‑on, requiring the ability to create copy, edit workflows, analyse performance data, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, promote and execute monthly webinars that attract moving‑company owners and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Own the end‑to‑end MQL journey, delivering timely, valuable touchpoints throughout a 90‑day nurture cycle.
• Maintain a consistent organic social media presence that reinforces brand authority.
• Track, segment and hand off new MQLs to sales, ensuring continuous pipeline growth.
• Produce repurposable content from webinars to feed other marketing channels.

Required profile

• Scrappy, experienced marketer comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute tactics directly.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and coordinate with vendors or agencies.

Required skills

• Copywriting for webinars and nurture emails.
• Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor engagement and conversion metrics.
