Marketing Graduate – 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

The Marketing Graduate position is a one‑year fixed‑term role based in the East Rand, supporting an agricultural company’s marketing activities. You will work closely with dealers and branch offices to implement marketing initiatives while handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across dealer networks and branch locations.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, reports and presentations.
• Manage correspondence, schedule meetings and handle general office administration.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Assist the marketing team with data entry and document management.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience creating, editing and handling PDF documents.
