Marketing Generalist

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a versatile Marketing Generalist to support its fast‑growing online education platform. The ideal candidate will balance hands‑on execution with strategic thinking, handling everything from website updates to campaign analytics within a single day.

Key responsibilities

• Update and edit website content, images, and layouts in WordPress.
• Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Maintain lead and campaign data in Salesforce CRM.
• Create marketing collateral such as social graphics, one‑pagers, presentations, and email templates using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Design and format PowerPoint decks for sales, leadership, and internal communications.
• Monitor and report on website and campaign performance with Google Analytics.
• Assist with basic setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms.
• Support broader marketing activities including content creation, brand consistency, sales enablement, internal communications, and event coordination.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience (internships count).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• WordPress website editing.
• Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• PowerPoint design.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email or web tweaks.
