Marketing Generalist – Build Digital Presence

About the role

The client, a technology and managed services provider, is looking for a versatile Marketing Generalist to create and grow its digital presence from scratch. You will work closely with a high‑velocity outbound sales engine and support a highly personalized sales process while speaking English throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce custom sales collateral, print media, and branded assets, managing technical specifications for US paper sizes.
• Adapt and rebrand existing partner resources (videos, newsletters, marketing assets) for company use.
• Perform basic video editing for promotional clips and social media snippets.
• Conduct deep‑dive research on top prospects and translate insights into strategic messaging.
• Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM, including landing pages, sales funnels, and automated drip campaigns.
• Learn, deploy, and maintain AI‑driven bots and automation tools to support lead nurturing.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills; the entire shift is conducted in English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to execute design, video, and copy tasks quickly.
• Detail‑oriented researcher capable of gathering actionable business intelligence.
• Self‑starter who can build a brand presence from the ground up while supporting sales.

• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST
• Hourly rate between $8 and $12
