Marketing Coordinator VM (Sportscene)

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator executes marketing campaigns and manages project timelines and deliverables for Sportscene, Redbat, Archive and Anatomy, working closely with internal teams and external partners. The role covers designing store and in-store visual merchandising concepts, producing 3D layouts and rendered visuals, coordinating roll-outs and supporting the three Brand Visual Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design store and in-store marketing concepts from brief to final store-ready layout
• Create 3D store, window, fixture and display layouts in SketchUp and similar tools, and produce rendered visuals, planograms and VM guidelines
• Adapt VM designs across store formats and sizes using store plans and fixture dimensions
• Prepare and check print-ready artwork and specifications for windows, point-of-sale, signage and fixtures
• Coordinate the roll-out of VM and campaign collateral, including quantities, print, production, distribution and installation confirmation
• Work with print and production suppliers, VM, Store Operations and regional teams, and check installation photos for compliance
• Maintain the marketing and VM calendar and trackers, and brief and coordinate design agencies
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices, capture spend in the budget tracker and follow up brand recoup claims

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior or Spatial Design, Graphic Design or a related field
• 2 to 3 years' experience in visual merchandising, retail design or in-store marketing, ideally in fashion, sportswear or footwear retail
• A portfolio of VM, window, store or spatial design work, including 3D layouts
• Experience coordinating point-of-sale, print production or store roll-outs

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SketchUp; rendering tools such as V-Ray or Enscape and AutoCAD are advantageous
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP exposure is advantageous
• Visual merchandising, 3D modelling, artwork preparation and supplier and agency coordination
