About the role

The Marketing Assistant & Customer Service Coordinator supports the marketing team by handling lead management, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer interactions. This hybrid role blends marketing support with front‑line service, helping to drive lead conversion and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from digital campaigns, qualify them, and schedule consultations, demos, or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing national and local marketing campaigns, newsletters, and email blasts.
• Create or coordinate copy for social media, blogs, website content, and promotional materials.
• Brief internal or external designers, review artwork for brand consistency, and manage approval and production timelines using tools such as Canva.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms, escalating issues when needed.
• Support the organisation of events, activations, and brand partnerships, handling logistics and post‑event reporting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, bookings, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
