About the role

Our client, a national supplier of risk management services to independent financial advisors, is seeking a strategic Marketing and Communications Manager. This senior leader will shape the brand, drive high‑impact campaigns and support business growth across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership to align communications with business objectives.
• Oversee brand management, digital marketing, content creation and campaign performance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive analytics and reporting to measure ROI and inform future initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project‑management skills.
