Manager, Internal Audit

About the role

The Manager, Internal Audit leads risk‑based internal audits with a focus on data centre environments and operations. This senior role provides oversight, presents findings to senior leadership, and drives practical, value‑adding recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Determine and plan the scope and objectives of internal audits, focusing on data centre environments.
• Lead and oversee a team of auditors, ensuring accurate implementation of processes and findings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain awareness of audit concerns.
• Prepare final audit reports, present findings to senior management and audit committees, and monitor stakeholder action plans.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policies, staying current with auditing best practices.

Required profile

• Advanced internal audit management experience in complex operational environments such as data centres or large‑scale IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, CIA are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement risk and compliance audits.
