Manager: Business Applications and Process Support

About the role

Our client, a leading international animal nutrition and agricultural manufacturing company, seeks an experienced Business Applications & Process Support (BAPS) Manager. This strategic leadership position oversees business applications, systems development, and IT support, driving process improvement, ERP support, software development, and technology alignment across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Business Applications, Systems Development and IT Support teams.
• Drive business process improvement and systems optimisation.
• Manage software development and systems integration projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee vendors, external technology partners, budgets and service delivery.
• Develop and mentor the BAPS team to ensure continuity, reporting accuracy and system security.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar management role.
• Project Management qualification preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Microsoft SQL Server (advanced), SSIS, SSRS.
• Power BI.
• Azure Data Platform and Azure Administration.
• Business Analysis and Systems Integration.
