Management & Leadership Instructor for AI Training

About the role

Alignerr is seeking experienced management educators to help shape AI systems that understand organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. This remote, hourly contract lets you apply your academic expertise to real‑world AI training scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios used for model training.
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision‑making frameworks in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models handle managerial reasoning and trade‑offs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong foundational knowledge of organizational behavior and management theory.
• Ability to critically evaluate decision‑making processes and analyze trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios, recommendations, and reasoning.
• Self‑directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI systems and content evaluation workflows.
• Experience with human‑in‑the‑loop evaluation processes.
