About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Stellenbosch. You will work closely with senior professionals, supporting product‑based clients on inventory, cost of goods, and operational finance matters. This role blends technical accounting expertise with commercial insight and a strong focus on automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep operational finance knowledge, from data entry to financial reporting.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver financial advice to diverse clients.
• Analyze financial data and produce insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate financial transaction records and ensure data integrity.
• Create dashboards, financial statements, performance reports, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate internal team workflows, track deadlines, and manage hand‑offs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Design repeatable, scalable workflows that improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements, emphasizing automation and modern tooling.
