About the role

Join an established agricultural business as a Management Accountant. You will transform operational and financial data into actionable insights that support performance monitoring, cost control, and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts
Develop budgets and forecasting models
Conduct variance and performance analysis
Analyse cost structures and profitability
Produce management reports and financial models
Provide commercial insights and partner with operations on performance
Identify and recommend cost‑saving opportunities

Required profile

BCom in Accounting or Management Accounting
Minimum 3 years of Management Accounting experience
Experience in an agricultural or production environment is advantageous
Strong costing and analytical abilities
Commercially minded with a focus on business impact
CIMA qualification is a plus

Required skills

Advanced Excel
Financial modelling
