About the role
Sasol offers a 36‑month fixed‑term learnership in Sasolburg for positions such as Mechanical Fitter, Electrician and Chemical Plant Operator. This programme is designed for individuals with little or no experience who want to start a career in maintenance and production.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the learnership programme and complete all assessments.
- Undertake on‑the‑job training combined with institutional learning.
- Engage in workplace readiness activities.
Required profile
- Grade 12 NSC (6 subjects) with Mathematics/Technical Maths, English and Physical/Technical Science, or N3 (6 subjects) with Mathematics, English and Engineering Science.
- Little or no prior experience; must be unemployed and available immediately.
