About the role

Sasol is offering a 36-month fixed-term Maintenance and Production Learnership in Sasolburg, combining workplace training with structured or institutional learning. The available fields are Mechanical Fitter, Electrician and Chemical Plant Operator. The programme is on-site and entry level.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the learnership programme and complete structured learning activities.
• Complete workplace training and attend required readiness activities.
• Take part in assessments and successfully complete all programme requirements.

Required profile

• Completed Grade 12 with 6 subjects, passing Mathematics or Technical Mathematics, English and Technical/Physical Science; or
• Completed N3 with 6 subjects, passing Mathematics, English and Engineering Science.
• Advantageous: interest in technical or production work, willingness to take part in workplace learning and commitment to finishing the full programme.
