About the role

Key responsibilities
- The team, budget and critical spares
- Equipment reliability and repair turnaround
- Continuous improvement on high‑speed lines
Required profile
- Degree or BTech in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering
- 4–6 years of technical maintenance or equipment repair experience
- 2–4 years of experience leading a maintenance team or workshop
Required skills
- Electronic and electromechanical fault‑finding
- Root Cause Analysis that resolves problems permanently
- Planning, backlog and SLA turnaround control
- Spare parts and budget management
