Key responsibilities

• The team, budget and critical spares
• Equipment reliability and repair turnaround
• Continuous improvement on high‑speed lines

Required profile

• Degree or BTech in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering
• 4–6 years of technical maintenance or equipment repair experience
• 2–4 years of experience leading a maintenance team or workshop

Required skills

• Electronic and electromechanical fault‑finding
• Root Cause Analysis that resolves problems permanently
• Planning, backlog and SLA turnaround control
• Spare parts and budget management
