Logistics Coordinator – Global IT Equipment Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team and manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT equipment across a global warehouse network. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone who loves technology, stays organized, and wants to grow in global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational lifecycle of IT equipment orders from creation through completion.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding requests for employees worldwide.
• Work with global warehouse partners to handle receiving, shipping, storage, inspections, and inventory movements.
• Oversee device retrievals and data‑wiping requests while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Track orders, monitor progress, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Communicate order status, deliveries, returns, and warehouse activities to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, Product, and other Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
