Listing Agent – Real Estate Sales & Rentals

About the role

Smile Property is looking for an experienced Listing Agent to drive new property listings for sales and rentals. You will proactively source owners, present listing proposals, and build lasting client relationships while supporting the growth of our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify property owners interested in selling or renting.
• Generate new listings through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media and canvassing.
• Conduct listing presentations and secure signed mandates.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential sellers and landlords.
• Gather accurate property information, photographs and documentation.
• Coordinate valuations and market assessments.
• Stay informed on local market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM records, submit weekly activity reports and ensure compliance documentation is complete.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a real estate Listing Agent with a proven track record.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
