Learning Facilitator – Cape Town

About the role

The Learning Facilitator will implement and deliver learning interventions that support WFS Operations and Stores in Cape Town. This role ensures training programmes align with the business strategy and accelerate competency development across the unit.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and implement learning interventions in line with the WFS training approach.
• Develop, update and maintain technical and power‑skills training material, including e‑learning content using Articulate Suite and Powtoon.
• Identify business unit training needs and work with stakeholders to select appropriate delivery methods.
• Facilitate training sessions, webinars, workshops and one‑to‑one coaching.
• Evaluate participants, provide feedback to delegates and line managers, and recommend further training where needed.
• Maintain learner records, training registers and a central repository of all training assets.
• Coordinate logistics for all learning programmes, including scheduling, material distribution and use of virtual classroom tools.
• Produce timely reports and analysis on training activities and continuously improve programme effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering learning interventions and managing training programmes.
• Strong ability to develop and update training material for both technical and soft‑skill topics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a focus on aligning training with operational needs.
• Detail‑oriented approach to record‑keeping, reporting and continuous improvement.
