About the role
Excellent career opportunity for matriculants. OVK Retail is seeking dynamic and ambitious candidates to join its agriculture family. The successful learner will gain practical exposure in the retail business and work alongside the retail team to acquire new skills and business insight.
Key responsibilities
- Gain practical exposure in the retail and agriculture business.
- Collaborate with the retail team to learn new skills and acquire business insight.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification (subjects such as mathematics, accounting, agriculture or business are advantageous).
- Interest in a career in commerce and agriculture.
- Interest in customer service and marketing.
- A copy of the latest school report must be submitted with the application.
Required skills
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Numerical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
