About the role
Effective overall control and management of agricultural mechanisation parts and workshop to deliver a sustainable, profitable service to all OVK Group clients. The role oversees financial, personnel and asset management while driving market share growth.

Required profile
- Grade 12
- 5‑10 years experience in mechanisation (tractors, harvesters, sprayers) parts and workshop environment
- Experience in parts and/or workshop marketing and management
- Qualified agricultural technician with focus on precision farming technology
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Required skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication in Afrikaans and English
- Personnel management
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
