About the role

Valterra Platinum is offering 15 Learner Miner learnership places at Amandelbult (Thabazimbi) for unemployed people from its host communities. The 24-30 month programme combines theory, practical underground training and mentorship, and pays a stipend.

Required profile

Must live in Amandelbult host communities and/or be a beneficiary
Grade 12 with a Bachelor pass (60% Maths Literacy; 50% pure Maths is an advantage)
South African citizen with a valid ID
Medically fit for mining work and with no criminal record
Good communication skills

What we offer
