About the role
The Kitchen Sculler is responsible for maintaining a clean, well‑organized kitchen environment that meets the Capital Hotel Group’s hygiene and health‑safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well‑maintained and organized at all times.
- Maintain proper inventory levels with a high standard of cleanliness according to hygiene standards.
- Follow general health and safety practices as outlined in the Capital Hotel Group policy.
Required profile
- Matric (high school) qualification.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving approach and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and honesty.
- Presentable and well‑spoken.
- Proactive, interpersonal skills and willingness to work shifts.
Required skills
- Basic kitchen cleaning and maintenance procedures.
