About the role
The Kitchen Sculler ensures the hotel kitchen remains clean, well‑maintained and organized at all times. You will uphold high hygiene standards and support overall health and safety practices in line with The Capital Hotel Group policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a spotless kitchen environment, adhering to the Hygiene Standard.
- Manage clean inventory levels and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.
- Support the kitchen team during peak periods and assist with basic operational tasks.
Required profile
- Matric (high school) qualification.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and honesty.
- Presentable, well‑spoken and proactive.
- Willingness to work shifts.
