Key Accounts Manager

About the role

A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to grow strategic customer accounts in the automotive sector. The role combines commercial acumen with technical knowledge of tool, jig and fixture manufacturing, supporting both local and international OEM customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic automotive customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Drive new projects, engineering changes and product development initiatives.
• Prepare commercial quotations and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure on‑time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, marketing and commercial processes.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing and/or Mechanical Engineering (Tool & Jig Maker qualification advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tool and jig manufacturing and in an assembly/press shop environment.
• Experience with European and Asian OEM customers.
• Proven project‑management track record and ability to grow accounts.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of tool, jig and fixture manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and CATIA.
• Understanding of commercial legislation and quality management systems.
