Junior Store Manager – Elim

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Store Manager to lead our busy Pedros restaurant and take‑away in Elim. This position combines operational oversight with staff leadership, ensuring excellent service, compliance with standards, and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant and take‑away service.
• Maintain food quality and adherence to Pedros Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage stock control, purchasing, and order processes.
• Handle customer complaints and uphold high customer service levels.
• Drive profitability by meeting sales and gross‑profit targets and motivating the team.
• Manage staff scheduling, discipline, and performance.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve restaurant performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.
• Demonstrated management and organizational abilities.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• GAAP knowledge (advantageous).
• Experience with Micros POS system (advantageous).
