Junior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our IT team. In this entry‑level position you will provide first‑line technical support, assist with system administration and contribute to IT projects that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment and applications.
• Support the administration and monitoring of IT systems and networks, including user account management and password administration.
• Participate in system upgrades, backups, routine maintenance and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to IT projects, supporting testing, implementation and documentation of new technologies.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident records and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in an IT‑related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work independently and within a team.
