About the role
This entry‑level position is ideal for recent matriculants who want to start a career in customer service and technical coordination. You will support the Service Centre by remotely monitoring solar installations, scheduling maintenance, and handling administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor solar sites using the company’s system, identify offline sites or faults, and escalate to technical staff.
- Schedule and coordinate technician visits, allocate service calls, and track maintenance progress.
- Capture and maintain accurate service records, update job logs, and prepare routine reports.
- Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, provide status updates, and ensure professional communication.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Computer literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
